Grenville Hubs: Men’s Programs:

Across Australia, we know that many men are often reluctant to focus on their health and wellbeing and don’t access health programs and services. Reasons vary but often they think their condition is not serious enough, they are too busy, it is a waste of time or they will be seen as weak. But having good health and taking care of yourself is incredibly important, including for men of all ages.

That’s why the City of Playford has created a range of programs specifically aimed at creating environments where men feel comfortable to take charge of their own health and well-being.

The programs also provide a space for men to enjoy their hobbies, give back to their community and make new connections and friends. Click here to view the latest brochure which describes the range of men’s programs available at the City of Playford.
